The project is located in Nazareth Illit The site is located on a hill, facing a view toward a green soccer field, a duplex that we added a new floating mass. As a result of this traction, was necessary to do some changes to the building: moving columns and re-design the internal structure of the interior space of the house....

בעיר הצפונית, בשכונה של בתים משנות השמונים, ניצב דופלקס שעבר מתיחת פנים וכוסה כולו במעטפת עשויה קליפת אורז.
כן, הבית הזה נמצא בישראל ולא סתם אלא בנצרת עילית ובמרכזה של שכונת בתים ותיקה: הדופלקס בו אנחנו מבקרים עבר שיפוץ במטרה להגדיל את מרחב המגורים עבור המשפחה שרכשה אותו וזכה לעטיפה חדשה לגמרי ושונה מכל מה שהסביבה שלו מכירה. בבית, בו הקומה העליונה - קומת המגורים - מרחפת מעל קומת הכניסה, שבה נמצא אזור האירוח והאדריכל ראמי קובטי הרחיב את הנתון הזה לקונספט אדריכלי שהשפיע........

The project deal with Nazareth metropolis , trying to create a wide connection between Nazareth and Nazareth illit.
In the project the two cities are examined typology’s as you can see in this diagram and get a connection between them in many fields such as: the green typology, the openness of the materials, activities in the areas, the meeting scale, formality of a place and materials… these diagrams shows the deference and the connection between Nazareth and Nazareth illit, and helped them creating the university spaces by making a superposition of all layers on…

El objetivo del proyecto es llegar a una coexistencia de todas las áreas contenidas en la zona que se examinó, la cual corresponde a la metrópolis de Nazaret (Israel): La gran ciudad de Nazaret, donde los ciudadanos son árabes y la ciudad de Nazaret donde la mayoría son judíos, y otras ciudades y pueblos alrededor. Hoy en día estas dos ciudades vecinas están desconectadas una de otra y no tienen ninguna interacción entre ellas....

Uni - Diversity - Coexistance architecturale
Notre but dans ce projet est d'atteindre une coexistence dans le site que nous examinons qui est la métropole de Nazareth (Israël): la grande ville de Nazareth ou les citoyens sont Arabes et la ville de Nazareth illt et d'autres villes et villages autour dont la majorité des habitants sont des Juifs. Aujourd'hui ces deux villes voisines n'ont pas d'interactions entre elles ....
